A Letter From a Fifteen-Year Old Girl~
Just turned fifteen….I don’t even feel a day older than 14… Today, I was looking at a video on YouTube, and someone asked “Why do you draw?” to a bunch of people…
I didn’t want to put my comment up, so I thought I would out it here. I draw because it’s fun, entertaining, and can become a job further down the road. I became serious about my drawing last year, Oct. 3rd. My grandfather passed on that day, and I seem to have noticed more around me and not taken my life for granted like I used to. Life doesn’t go on forever, sadly… But, I’m hoping, that I will be caught up in the rapture and be able to see God, face to face, and live with him for an eternity…
I deal with problems that a lot of other people deal with, but also problems that I personally deal with, being a Pastor’s Kid and all. I have fears like everyone else does… I go through sad times like everyone else does… But I’m glad that, through all of that, I have God with me. I may not always see it, I may not always remember, but God Is always by my side.
I’m praying that he will always remain by your side as well.
Yours,
Kelsea
You are absolutely amazing Kelsea 🙂 You are very inspiring and I can see God working through you! I have experienced a lot of problems lately and have had doubts that God was still with me, but reading this reassured me that he is and will always be with me! Through the good and the bad he’ll never leave me.
I really appreciate you posting your thoughts about this!
That was beautiful Kelsea! 🙂 I am super duper proud of you and hope you continue your talent that God gave you! Love you! 🙂
Hey Sis,..nice blog post. I know that we can tend to get nervous and hide our voices when we aren’t sure how others will receive us. But your words in this post are real heart-felt truths that I think others need to hear. The words from the daughter of a pastor. Think about it, ah aha!!
